Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund - After Ordering, Before Receiving:
A full refund of the total order amount is available if requested within 72 hours of placing the order.
For orders made between 4 and 10 days, an 80% refund of the order total will be provided, with a 20% restocking fee applied.
Requests for refunds cannot be made more than 30 days after the order date.
Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange.
After Receiving:
ValarFlowers assumes full responsibility for wrong color, missing items or lost packages during shipment within 72 hours of the product's receipt. Within this period, customers can ask for a complete refund, partial refund, or product exchange.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Fees:
- If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the round trip shipping fee, which depends on the chosen express company.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, resulting in damaged, Valar Flower will cover the return shipping fees.
Change of Shipping Address:
Requests to alter the shipping address can be made within 30 days of order placement.
After 30 days from the order date, shipping addresses cannot be modified.
Product Exchange:
Products can be exchanged for free within 3 days after the order. If there's a price difference, the customer will need to cover the additional cost.
Exchanges requested more than 3 days post-order will incur a 20% fee of the order total. Any price difference must be addressed by the customer.
Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
