Shipping Information
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are delivered within 20-35 days from the shipping date.
- Shipping Schedule: Orders ship within 5 days following the completion of production, excluding holidays.
- Production Duration: The production of orders takes 3-7 days, not including holidays.
- Fast Shipping Option: For expedited delivery, select the fast shipping option for a delivery timeline of 7-15 days. Visit our fast shipping section for more details.
- Shipping Fees: We offer complimentary sea shipping, though this does not cover remote areas.
Excluded Shipping Areas:
- United States: Excludes Guam (GU), Puerto Rico (PR), Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), and the Virgin Islands (VI).
Return Policy

- FREE RETURNS
If your order hasn't been received:
- Orders are prepared with care and dedication within 48 hours of placement. You can request a free cancellation within this period. Post 48 hours, a refund of 70% is applicable, with 30% non-refundable.
If your order has been received:
- Returns are 100% free within 30 days if the order is either the wrong design or damaged, with shipping costs covered by Valar Flower. For all other returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Custom Orders:
- The return policy does not apply to any custom orders that deviate from standard styles. Custom or modified orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Fees:
- If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, which depends on the chosen express company.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, resulting in damaged or incorrect items, Valar Flower will cover the return shipping fees.
