Shipping Information

Preparation and transit times depend on the product type, delivery destination, order value, and service selected at checkout. All estimates below are in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

General Flower Walls

• Preparation: 5–7 business days.
• Standard shipping included: 30–45 business days in transit after dispatch; estimated total delivery time is 35–52 business days.
• Paid air/express shipping: 7–18 business days in transit where available; estimated total delivery time is 12–25 business days.

Accessories

• Preparation: 3–5 business days.
• Transit: 5–10 business days.
• Available services and prices are displayed at checkout.

Metal Arch with Flowers and Kaleidoscope

• Preparation: 3–5 business days.
• Express transit: 5–10 business days.
• Express availability and the applicable rate are displayed at checkout for the delivery address.

USA Fast Dispatch

Eligible USA Stock products offer the USA Fast Dispatch service shown at checkout as 4–8 business days for the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are handled under a separate U.S. Other shipping zone; they are not automatically excluded. Available air service and the applicable rate, including the current USD $190 service where eligible, are calculated at checkout.

Hong Kong

Eligible General flower wall orders have a preparation time of 5–7 business days and an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days. Final availability is confirmed at checkout.

Important Delivery Notes

• The checkout page is the final source for service availability, shipping price, and the estimate for your exact product and address.
• Remote-area surcharges, customs clearance, severe weather, and carrier disruptions can affect the estimate.
• Tracking details are provided after dispatch when supported by the selected carrier.

Return Policy

At ValarFlowers, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Please contact us to start a return or report a problem.

If Your Order Has Not Been Received

You can request a free cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, 70% of the order value is refundable and 30% is non-refundable.

If Your Order Has Been Received

Returns are free within 30 days when the item received is the wrong design or arrives damaged; ValarFlowers covers the return shipping cost. For other accepted returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Custom Orders

Custom or modified orders that differ from standard styles are not eligible for return or exchange.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Fees

• For customer-initiated returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee charged by the selected carrier.
• When a return is caused by our error, including a damaged or incorrect item, ValarFlowers covers the return shipping fee.
