Every flower wall we ship is ready to use out of the box. Here's exactly what you'll receive when you order a standard 8ft × 8ft (2.4m × 2.4m) flower wall:

2. What Size Flower Wall Do I Need? How Do I Choose Between 4×8, 8×8, and 12×8?

Choosing the right size is all about your venue space, guest count, and how you plan to use the backdrop. Here's a quick guide:

• Measure your venue's ceiling height. Most venues have 9–12 ft ceilings. An 8 ft wall leaves room for lighting rigs and doesn't feel cramped.
• Think about photo composition. For full-body shots with a couple in front, 8×8 gives photographers room to frame. For headshots only, 4×8 is sufficient.
• Each panel fits in a storage bag. We sell durable zip-up bags sized for a single 4×8 panel — fold or roll the wall, slip it in, and carry it like a duffel. Select products even come with a free storage bag. Check your product page for details, or buy one separately.
• Consider the transport. Each panel is foldable — you can roll it up or fold it flat to fit your vehicle. Even an 8×8 (two panels) can fit in a standard sedan trunk when folded. No oversized truck or van required.
• Unsure? Go with 8×8. It's the most versatile size — works for 80% of events. You can always add a second wall later for larger spaces.

4. How Long Does Shipping Take? Where Do You Ship From?

Production and Transit Are Separate

Standard flower wall production takes 5–7 calendar days. This is production time, not shipping transit time. Custom requirements and dispatch arrangements should be confirmed with our team before ordering.

U.S. Warehouse Stock

Eligible U.S. warehouse products are dispatched within 1–3 days. Estimated transit after dispatch is approximately 3–5 days within the contiguous United States. These are separate estimates, not a guaranteed event-date delivery promise.

Non-Mainland U.S. Destinations

U.S. warehouse shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other non-mainland U.S. destinations. International air freight may be possible; contact us to confirm the product, destination, availability, and quote before ordering.

International Orders and Other Products

Production or preparation time is separate from transit after dispatch. The applicable route, service, and shipping charge depend on the product, configuration, destination, and order value. Confirm the estimate for your exact order with our team and check the available shipping options at checkout. Customs, holidays, weather, and carrier delays may affect delivery.

5. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping charges depend on the product, size, stand or accessory configuration, delivery address, order value, and service selected. Do not assume that every product or destination qualifies for free shipping or an air-freight upgrade. Review the available services and charges at checkout, and contact our team before ordering if your configuration, destination, or event deadline needs a specific quote.

Air Shipping Fee: USD $180 per 8ft × 8ft flower wall (approximately 2.4m × 2.4m), including transportation of the flower wall and its selected stand. This is the shipping charge, not the purchase price of the flower wall or stand. Confirm air service availability for your destination before ordering. Other sizes require a separate shipping quote.

6. What Is Your Return Policy? What If an Item Arrives Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete?

Standard Products, Including Sale-Priced Products

Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Sale-priced standard products are eligible under the same conditions. Used products are not eligible for return.

Contact sky@valarflowers.com before returning an item. Once your return is approved, ship it back within 7 days of approval, following our team's instructions. For an approved customer-initiated return, the buyer pays only the return shipping cost, not the original outbound shipping cost.

Custom Products

Custom products are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges. Contact us about any arrival damage, incorrect item, or missing item as described below.

Arrival Damage, Incorrect Items, or Missing Items

Inspect your order on arrival and report shipping damage, an incorrect item, or missing items within 24 hours of receiving it. Email sky@valarflowers.com with your order number and details; photos of the product and packaging help our team assess the issue. Keep the product and packaging during the review.

ValarFlowers covers the costs of resolving shipping damage or an incorrect or incomplete shipment caused by us. Our team will confirm the appropriate resolution. Refunds are considered in special circumstances, not offered automatically for every arrival issue.
